We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks within set deadlines. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, without experience or accommodation required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and skillsets
- Ensure project deadlines are met by monitoring progress and providing support when needed
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely manner
- Develop training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on projects
- Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
