Team Lead - Lisbon, Portugal



We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that they meet their performance objectives and deliver high-quality work. Your main role will be to supervise and guide team members, provide feedback and support, and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals
- Ensure that team members are meeting their performance targets
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Identify and address any performance or behavioral issues within the team
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and goals
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of work
- Act as a point of contact for clients or stakeholders regarding project updates or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
