Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous successful projects

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Develop initial concept designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Oversee the production of construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Review work of junior architects and provide guidance when needed
