Machine Operator



We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines, while producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate various machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials if required
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid visa for employment in Al-Kuwait
