Construction Project Manager
A reputable construction company in Dickirch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects from start to finish
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Provide regular reports on project status to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
