We are hiring a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care while promoting health and preventing illness. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and administer medications and treatments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting
- Valid nursing license in Portugal
- Excellent knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
