We are hiring a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. You will also be responsible for monitoring machines for any malfunctions and performing regular maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Machine Operator and be familiar with different types of machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Operate machines to produce quality products within specified timeframes
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions and perform troubleshooting tasks
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operations
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with various types of machinery such as lathes, mills, drills, etc.
- Ability to read technical blueprints and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
