Machine Operator - Production Technician (Bansko, India)

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Bansko. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. Your duties will include monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting any issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in machine operation and possess strong mechanical skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate various machinery including lathes, drills, grinders, and presses
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs when necessary
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Proficient in using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have own visa to work in India
