Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Izhevsk, Russia



We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. This is a contract position with a salary of 900 USD per month, and accommodation will be provided.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs, as well as with contractors during the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements for drawings
- Communicate with contractors during the construction phase to resolve any technical issues or changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulations related to architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Russia or other CIS countries
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus but not required
