We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and designs
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
- Assist in project management tasks such as budget control and coordination with contractors
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian

This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities. Please note that this job does not require fluency in English. However, basic communication skills are preferred.
