Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project, and use your expertise to create functional and visually appealing designs. This is a full time job with a salary of 1300$, with accommodation provided. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed designs for commercial buildings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on commercial projects in an international setting. Having a biometric passport is also preferred.
