Job Title: Architectural Designer



We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for our clients' projects. Your main duties will include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating with project managers and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts that meet clients' requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors and vendors to obtain quotes for materials needed for projects
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of designs within budget constraints
