Part-Time Commercial Architect

The Part-Time Commercial Architect will be responsible for providing architectural support to our commercial projects in Almada. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for architecture who are looking for part-time work and do not have prior experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of commercial architectural designs.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that designs meet client requirements and budget.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Attend meetings with clients to present design proposals and gather feedback.

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
- Degree or diploma in architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work part-time hours (20 hours per week) in Almada.
