Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
