We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Librarian to join our team in Ufa, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literature and promoting literacy within the community. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing our library's collection, assisting patrons with finding resources, and organizing various events and programs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, perfect for Malayalees looking to work in an English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection by selecting, ordering, and cataloging materials
- Assist patrons in finding resources and provide recommendations for their reading interests
- Plan and organize events such as book clubs, author visits, and workshops to promote literacy
- Maintain the library's online catalog and ensure all materials are properly labeled and shelved
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints
- Create engaging displays to showcase new arrivals or highlight specific genres or themes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam is an asset
- Strong knowledge of literature and current trends in the publishing industry
- Experience working in a library setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
