Entry-level CNC Operator

We are a leading manufacturing company based in Mombasa, seeking an entry-level CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, milling, and cutting. Responsibilities:
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure it is properly aligned
- Read and interpret blueprints or sketches to determine machining operations
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy of machining process
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with CNC machines is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machine operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or sketches
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
