Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Porto. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Gather user requirements through interviews, surveys, and observation
- Develop detailed system specifications outlining technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system changes
- Conduct testing to ensure proper functionality of new systems or modifications
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Train end-users on new systems or procedures as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven work experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller components
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL) and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Salary: $1100 per month.
