Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in El-Ain. Your primary goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, as well as with the front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities will also include networking, building relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the hotel industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is an asset

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: El-Ain, Egypt
