Job Title: CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts and components according to specifications. This job requires precision, attention to detail, and strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (such as lathes, mills, or grinders) to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
- Adjust machine controls and tool settings as needed to ensure proper machining of parts
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or production processes as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in CNC machining preferred
- At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Familiarity with G-code programming language is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols

Salary: $1400 per month (based on experience)

Location: Nakuru, Kenya

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates who have the required skills and experience.
