Office Manager

We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities include managing administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling confidential information. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month, suitable for male candidates with their own visa. Accommodation will not be provided.
