Underground Miner – Osijek, Croatia

Our mining company is seeking experienced and skilled Underground Miners to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Miner, you will be responsible for extracting mineral resources from underground mines and ensuring the safety of yourself and your team at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Operate drilling and excavation equipment to extract minerals from underground mines
- Transport minerals and materials to the surface using trucks, conveyors, or hoists
- Inspect equipment and perform maintenance as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Monitor air quality in the mine and report any concerns
- Record and report production data accurately
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the mine
- Participate in training programs for new equipment or procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in mining is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Underground Miner
- Knowledge of drilling and excavation equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with mine safety regulations and procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment. Biometric passport or Croatian citizenship is required.
