Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning construction projects, including preparing drawings and technical specifications
- Conducting site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders on project requirements
- Conducting quality control inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards
- Preparing progress reports for clients and management
- Identifying potential risks or issues during the construction process and proposing solutions
- Providing technical support to construction teams
