Foreign Concierge in Eldoret


We are a luxury hotel located in the bustling city of Eldoret, and we are looking for a friendly and professional Foreign Concierge to join our team. As a Foreign Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with hotel reservation systems is an asset)
- Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodations provided by the hotel.
