Merchandiser Supervisor


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Akron. This full-time position is suitable for men and offers a salary of 1800$ per month, along with accommodation. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations of our company, ensuring that products are displayed and presented in an attractive and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise merchandisers in displaying products according to company standards
- Create and implement merchandising plans based on sales data and market trends
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure proper stock levels
- Develop relationships with vendors for best pricing and product availability
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with marketing team to create visually appealing displays that drive sales
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Merchandiser Supervisor in a retail environment
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for analyzing sales data
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
- Experience working with Indian products or retailers preferred but not required
