Facade Specialist



We are seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior walls of buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the building's facade.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for new facade construction projects
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements
- Select suitable materials and products for the facade construction
- Oversee the installation process to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Provide ongoing maintenance and repairs for existing facades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient project completion
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
