We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Female Librarian to join our team in Braga. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and promoting literacy and learning through various programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection by cataloging, shelving, and maintaining accurate records
- Assist patrons with research and reference inquiries by providing access to resources and guiding them in their search
- Plan and implement programs and events that promote literacy and learning, such as book clubs, story time for children, and workshops for adults
- Collaborate with other librarians to develop collections that reflect the needs and interests of the community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance library services
- Train library assistants on proper procedures for managing the collection

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a librarian
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of library systems, databases, and information technology
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to diverse groups of people
- Passion for promoting literacy and learning within the community

Salary: 900$

Location: Braga, Portugal (Female candidates preferred)
