Our architecture firm in Porto is seeking a talented and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings, structures, and sites while adhering to conservation principles and guidelines. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, preparing preservation plans, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and overseeing the execution of restoration projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, with a specialization in historic preservation. You should have strong knowledge of conservation principles, as well as experience in conducting site surveys and preparing preservation plans. Excellent communication skills are also essential in this role, as you will be working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

While prior experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without experience who demonstrate strong potential and passion for historic preservation. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Portugal. Accommodation may be provided for non-local candidates upon negotiation.
