Office Assistant in Mecca
We are a fast-paced office in Mecca seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Keep track of office inventory and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Help with organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this full-time position.

This job is located in Mecca.
