Junior Network and Systems Administrator

As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the network and computer systems of our company. You will work closely with the Senior Network Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is a full-time position based in Wiltz, with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for Indian candidates. We welcome candidates without prior experience in this field, as long as they possess a strong understanding of networking concepts and are willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform regular backups and updates of servers and workstations
- Assist with setting up new user accounts, permissions, and email accounts
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Collaborate with the Senior Network Administrator on planning and implementing new systems or upgrades
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (server and desktop)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: 1600$ per month
