Construction Project Supervisor

Our construction company in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee and manage our construction projects. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be familiar with local building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and ensure that deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Monitor progress of projects, identify potential issues or delays, and take necessary actions to resolve them
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Manage project budget by monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Provide regular reports on project progress to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or supervision role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
