Land Surveyor for Construction Projects in Izhevsk



We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping construction sites for various projects in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Perform land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps and reports
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project plans are executed correctly
- Conduct field research to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Use GPS technology to accurately plot coordinates
- Keep detailed records of survey data and present findings to project managers
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor in construction projects
- Proficiency with land surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and robotic instruments
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is preferred but not required)
- Must have own visa or be eligible for work permit in Russia
