Entry-Level Handyman in Funchal

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Handyman to join our team in Funchal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and we also offer accommodation and assistance with obtaining a work visa for non-EU citizens.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Inspect equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing repair tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
