Handyman/General Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a capable and experienced Handyman/General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Funchal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of our facilities. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers, with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems for any malfunctions
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing filters
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for repairs
- Coordinate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
