Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our developers and clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI best practices, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also required. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging websites that meet client's needs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct user research to understand target audience and incorporate findings into design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD or Figma
- Optimize website designs for maximum usability and speed
- Stay updated on current design trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (own visa jobs available)

Preference given to Pakistani nationals; women are encouraged to apply. English proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset.
