Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects such as residential buildings, commercial spaces, and public structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that design concepts are executed efficiently and meet all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and presentations for client approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using 2D/3D software
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure designs meet all technical requirements and regulations
- Review designs throughout the construction process to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress of projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in 2D/3D software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn new techniques
