IT Manager - Lisbon, Portugal


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company in Lisbon. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and software, and providing technical support to employees. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of our business. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals
- Implement and maintain technology systems and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes
- Collaborate with department heads to determine technology needs
- Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance
- Train employees on new technologies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security systems, and data backup/recovery
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Good communication skills
