Job Title: Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Almada. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include developing project proposals, creating design concepts, reviewing and approving plans and specifications, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, including accommodation. A biometric passport is preferred for international applicants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Almada
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
- Experience supervising a team of architects and designers
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality work
- Biometric passport preferred for international applicants
