We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design development to construction completion. Your role will involve leading a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural plans, including conceptual designs and construction documents.
- Oversee the entire project process from start to finish, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and local building codes.
- Review proposals, contracts, and budgets for architectural projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
