Senior Architect



We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction processes of various building projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and creative vision.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project goals
- Lead a team of architects and engineers to create design concepts and plans
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee construction progress to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
