Formworker

A reputable construction company in Shan is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing concrete structures, such as walls, floors, and foundations, by using wooden or metal forms. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and plans to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to formwork
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid work permit for India

Responsibilities:
- Set up forms according to blueprints, taking into consideration the shape, slope, and thickness of the concrete structure
- Align forms properly to ensure accuracy and precision in the final product
- Secure forms in place with nails or bolts while ensuring they are level and plumb
- Pour concrete into the forms using wheelbarrows or pumps
- Smooth out any imperfections with trowels or other tools
- Remove forms after the concrete has set and clean up the area afterwards

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday. We offer competitive pay and benefits package.
