Office Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Vianden. As an entry-level position, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting and develop their administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Providing support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanent position.
