QA Engineer - English Speaking (Malayalee/Nepali) - Jerusalem, Israel



We are a fast-growing software company in Jerusalem and we are currently seeking an experienced QA Engineer who is fluent in English and is either Malayalee or Nepali. This position does not require accommodation, and we provide a free visa and ticket for our international employees.

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through manual testing and automation. You must have prior experience in a similar role, with knowledge of testing methodologies and tools. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with our development team.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We also offer competitive salary packages starting at 1300$ per month. This role is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Malayalees and Nepalis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of our software products
- Identify and report any bugs or defects found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product functionality
- Create test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new testing tools/technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
