Commercial Architect
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects.
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design software.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to construction completion.
- Oversee construction teams and contractors to ensure the project is executed according to the design plans.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to building codes.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per week.
Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles. However, remote work options may be available depending on the candidate's location.
