We are hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative and functional design solutions that meet their budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, budget, and timeline for their commercial building project
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents using CAD software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for the project while considering factors such as durability, sustainability, and cost
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project is constructed according to design specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design programs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project team members
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to commercial buildings in Los Angeles is preferred
