Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in Mauren, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our fashion retail store in Mauren, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive product displays and ensuring that the store is stocked with the latest and most popular items. Your main goal will be to increase sales and customer satisfaction by effectively showcasing our products.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers to select merchandise that meets customer demand and aligns with company goals
- Create eye-catching product displays that follow current fashion trends
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the store is always fully stocked
- Analyze sales data to identify top-selling items and adjust product placement accordingly
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotions and sales events
- Ensure that all merchandise is priced accurately and labeled correctly
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company standards
- Continuously research market trends and competitor offerings to make strategic merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
