Junior QA Engineer (Porto, Portugal)



We are seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team in Porto. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We welcome candidates without experience as this is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications
- Create test cases and execute them to identify any defects or issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of the product
- Document test results and communicate any issues to the development team
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify potential bugs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
