We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our bustling coffee shop in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and beverage preparation
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, coffee blends, latte art techniques, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills

Salary: 1600$ per month with accommodation provided.
