Entry-Level Barista


We are seeking a passionate and motivated entry-level Barista to join our team in Isa Town. As an entry-level Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee and tea beverages. This is a great opportunity for someone with a love for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders, prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee with a desire to learn more about the industry
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on-site
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This position is located in Isa Town.
