Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Ashdod. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans for industrial buildings and facilities based on client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Perform site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards
