Preservation Architect
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Triesen. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures by developing and implementing restoration plans. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that preservation projects are completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site assessments and research on historical buildings and structures
- Develop detailed preservation plans and proposals based on research findings
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and success
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities for preservation projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to preservation plans and standards
- Monitor project budget, schedule, and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that arise
- Prepare reports documenting project progress, challenges, and solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in preservation architecture or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation principles, methods, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting preservation plans
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Triesen. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
